- Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 23 days of creating the booking. Cancellation may not be possible if the booking has already been processed.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 4 days by HOTEL BESTINN.
- Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method with 4 days.
